When do I get paid?
EliteCLS Agency operates a weekly payroll, processing pay for the previous week's work. Cleared funds are available in your account by Friday, providing we have received your signed/authorised paper/electronic timesheet following the week/month worked.

Presentation/Dress Code?
Whilst on assignment through EliteCLS Agency, it is expected that you will be suitably presented for work in line with the dress code and expectations of the organisation with which you are working.

Who should I contact if I am unable to attend work?
Contact EliteCLS Agency on numbers according to branch which is responsible for your region. Please use the numbers provided within your starter pack or numbers in COntacts on website
Please give us as much notice as possible and we will notify the company and where necessary arrange a replacement

What if my temporary job becomes permanent?
Temporary bookings can often lead to permanent jobs; EliteCLS Agency will inform you of any permanent opportunities.
If you are approached directly by the company regarding permanent work, please inform your consultant immediately who will be able to assist you

Do I have to accept every job I am offered?
We will only contact you with temporary bookings that we think are suitable and match your skills and requirements. If you don't think a job is for you, or if you have other reservations, please tell us.

Personal Communication?
Use of client's equipment for personal use is not permitted and unless otherwise asked, your mobile should be switched off/silent during working hours.
